Music... Lets see music helps me all the time. It can help any mood I'm in.. I'm sure you know how that is.. For me I like metal as my first choice of music.. I started out listening to Gun's N' Roses.. Then I went to Metallica back in the self titled Black album days.. Then I listened to the older Metallica I really enjoyed it all. Then all the sudden I found another band... Megadeth, I started listening to Countdown To Extinction.. For years I thought of Megadeth and Metallica as equally favorite bands of mine.. Then Metallica released Load.. I got it the day it came out I listened to it and it was really confusing. I couldnt say it sucked because of my high respect for Metallica.. Anyway my overall view of Metallica changed then.

So I got more heavy into Megadeth and they took over as the champions of metal for me.. I didnt dislike Load and Reload however.. I still listen to them now and like every song on them. I guess it's just princible.. Anyway I love every song from both bands.. I just dont like all of Metallica's Covers.. Now that my favorites are out of the way I can talk about some other music I like..

While I was deeply into metal I didnt close out other music for instance some alternative music.. I like so many bands I wont go into naming but highlight a few.. Stone Temple Pilots was a great band that came along and so was Live. Strangly I like Crash Test Dummies and some other weird things.. Alice in Chains is a truely great band too..

Now for a more recent event of music is where I started listening to a local band named Disarray I got a tape from a friend of mine and listened to it alot they were great and a few years later I got to met them and they were great people.. I now have a friend from the band that was one of the members of Disarray when I met him but is now in a local band named Black Oktober that I am web mastering for them. My point in talking about this is that you should give local people all the support you can because it's hard to make it out there. Give people a chance..

Now for a interresting music note I also like classical music, every since I was in 6th grade and my teacher took us to the Nashville Symphony I've liked it. I'm not really as into it as other music but I have respect for it and it's very soothing..

I wanna learn to play the guitar so I can start making my own music up and playing it.. I think it'll be fun.. :) So all this is to just sum up my musical tastes I hope you maybe try some of the bands I've mentioned..
